Hi, I'm Shehnaaz!

It’s time to TOOT your own horn and Tell Others Out There!
I’ve met many coaches, mentors and service providers who are making a really positive difference in people’s lives and yet, they are not capturing and sharing these impact stories. I’ve been listening, recording and sharing stories from clients since 2003. My background is as an impact and evaluation specialist working in the UK charity sector. This is where I have honed the art of client listening, become an expert in designing questionnaires, carrying out interviews, analysing client data and telling people’s stories of their experience of services they receive. I train people in the art and science of gathering impact data. When I carry out independent evaluations I ask the questions that my clients want to ask their clients. This means that I have a professional distance from the work and people feel free to share their honest feedback. I am keen to help you capture ALL the data that you can from your clients so you can learn, improve and share your success stories as testimonials to entice future clients. Together we can design questions, I can ask them, collect the data and bring it back to you to use OR I can train you to do this yourself. Either way, TOOT services is all about helping your brilliant business to shine!
